Data processing agreements

This page is not a DPA. Any agreement must be reviewed and signed separately before the relevant service begins.

Email hello@proofkeel.com with your organization name, the product you are evaluating, the data categories and regions involved, and any required template or deadline. We will use that context to determine whether the proposed service can support your requirements and what agreement is needed.

Joining the marketing waitlist does not create a controller- processor relationship for customer workloads. The waitlist privacy notice describes that limited website submission flow.
